I have a tonne of experience leading teams, I know it can be tough - the hardest and most rewarding job (when you get it right). I'm here to support you to lead your teams to a place where they'll never look back. The thing that excites me the most? Seeing you build a team culture that's magnetic - where your people spring out of bed in the mornings because they get to do the best work of their lives in a team that feels magic.

Once upon a time, there were a couple of friends, Jay and Cam. They were working on an idea about building more cohesion in remote teams. They had been working hybrid for all of their professional lives and felt there could be more done to help distributed teams feel more connected.
In another part of the world (metaphorically speaking), Edda had been leading teams in the sustainability space for a decade. Edda's teams were fully remote and so she resonated with Jay and Cam's idea. She also knew that teams with a strong sense of belonging and safety were key to building a sustainable, ethical society.
Fast forward a couple of years... and here we are! Harmonic builds cohesion and connectedness in remote teams in a way that's empowering and effective. We're bringing a new level of relational intelligence into everyday teamwork.
